Work is mainly with J2EE tech stack. They keep on trying changing their legacy work, to new tech stach. What ever new work comes, built using latest tech stack 1) Fun filled environment 2) Work life balance 3) Foosball, pooltable, GYM within premises

1) Timings are 12 noon - 9pm (though flexible )

Financial health of the company is bad. June 2025 10 % Salary Cut and layoffs in process Micromanagement, HR keeps on monitoring when you come to office and when you leave the office. Everyone is bothered to save their own Job, so keep targetting one another in front of management. Management is there to protect themselves, they wont protect you from internal politics
