* Always delay in salary credit : For example for Jan month salary will get it on March. * No medical insurance for family/self : As per mentioned offer letter employee eligible for health insurance but they will never enroll for it. * salary wage or deductions : If employees not met as per deadline they will share you the loss amount and deduct from you while process salary. * No tax benefits : No PF, No meal coupons and few other basic things as every company follows. * no proper form 16 letters Few of the employees got last year form 16 only yet to receive their form 16 for last 5 years.
