Pros
Very little if any. Pay is not worth your sanity. Hopefully shut down in about 90 days
Cons
Not micro managed which is nice, yet no direction at all. You will then be fired for somthing you didn’t even know existed. Management are all there to only please cooperate. Patients are secondary to the financial gain. Staff is replaceable. You mean nothing to them.
