Pros
Young working environment. Lively and dynamic. May be good for fresh graduates.
Cons
Constantly changing protocols. No fixed direction in terms of management. Inexperienced managers and supervisors and they are very biased and extremely 'power hungry'. Company and management does not have regard of employee's past experience and does not acknowledge or welcome ideas, instead preferring to defer them altogether. Processes are contradicting. Employees are very 'cliqueish' and it feels like I am back in high school. Not inclusive at all (possibly transphobic). Work-life balance is non-existent. No respect for boundaries. No proper support when needed, but expect 3000% from you. Not family friendly. HR not experienced. Overall very ridiculous.
