Cons

No work life balance, they make your life hell, tight deadlines in all projects, they take all requirement from clients and give less deadlines and pressurize employees to deliver more, no internal hikes, no timings wholeday you have to spent even till late nights. Not recommended to anyone

Totally remote if you are outside of Pune. If you are in Pune, you need to go once every 2-3 months. Only for town hall or team parties.

Work pressure, Tight deadlines, No work-life balance No fixed times, Early login in till late nights

The company offers flexible work hours and the option to work from home, which is great for maintaining a good work-life balance. well suited for diverse talents across the world. The compensation is competitive, with a solid benefits package, including health insurance and other timely rewards & recognition

While the company offers a great work-life balance overall, during busy projects, the workload can be heavy and demanding, So professionals should take this as a learning opportunity as you wont get this level of grooming in any usual services organization.
