      Pros

      Flat organization, no-title culture. Everyone works together to find the best way forward as a company. You are given freedom, responsibility, and flexibility to do your best work. The team is very collaborative and driven to succeed together.

      Cons

      We're doing a lot with a small team – so sometimes you can be switching between different tasks and projects. That's a challenge but often a welcome one!

      Pros

      One word: Freedom. I feel I can trust them, I feel trusted. I don't need to worry about anything other than having fun while working.

      Cons

      They don't have local presences outside the US or Norway, so you end up being self-employed, legally speaking (while functioning as a full-time employee).
