Offices are nice, subsidised parking in Wollongong, great facilities in Melbourne.
Cons
They sell vapourware with their DMP and then throw stacks of juniors with no experience to try and build it. For basically every job they get, that’s their attitude. Dump 30 inexperienced juniors on it, then when it gets stuffed up, call in a senior who is already trying to juggle 5 other projects that are over budget. They don’t care about staff, it’s all about profit. They try to say their culture is amazing, but almost nobody in Australia is happy when you actually talk to other staff. They keep hiring grads with no work experience so they can train them to be doormats, and then management don’t know how to handle it when people push back. They also don’t like having more than one band 4 per team, so there’s no way to move up unless someone leaves. Management just delegate and never seem to do anything themselves. They also like to point out and pat themselves on the back any time they hire a woman or POC in Aus. Pretty sure Colombo are getting benefits to leave positive reviews.
