      Pros

      This company has evolved past the start up phase into a professional and team managed organization. Systems and processes are streamlined. The team is cohesive and aligned. Every position is 100% remote, and flexibility in schedules remains a priority. It’s a super fun place to work and those who show up do so with pride and competence.

      Working across timelines can create gaps in meeting times and agendas.

      - Decent Pay - Flexible Working (Remote) - Products Work

      - Micromanagement (You'll be asked to log your daily tasks in Slack each morning) - Lack of Leadership - Quick to Hire/Quick to Fire - Unprofessional Environment - Bullying from the Top -> Down - Unqualified CEO I wish I would have trusted my gut before accepting a role at this company. Truly wasted time and potential. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
