      Pros

      Accepted to the role even though I do not have the prior experience or completed educational background. Was glad to be given a chance by the IT Systems Manager. - Lots to learn if vou are knowledge-hungry - Career Progression seems promising - Manager was friendly and helpful

      Cons

      - Lack of manpower - Salary is below market value which is understandable for my case - Learning is independent which was challenging as I do not have relevant experience

      I want to commend everyone for contributing to such a positive and supportive work environment. It's clear that mutual respect, collaboration, and open communication are strong values here, and it shows in the way teams interact and support each other.

      Cons

      I’ve observed that the current work environment can sometimes feel restrictive. There seems to be limited openness to new ideas and suggestions, which may be impacting morale and innovation of the team member. A more inclusive approach, where team members feel heard and valued, could really enhance engagement and productivity.
