Great company to work with if you are starting your career in tech, The pay is good, The business team has top hires from tier-1 colleges.
Cons
People in management are in their late 40's with no knowledge of startup culture. Lack of experienced leads in tech.

1. Being one of the first engineers of the company I had a lot of opportunities in terms of both understanding the business fully and implementing the most part of it along with other engineers and learning is huge. 2. There is a lot of exposure. 3. Management is ready to listen to feedbacks from everyone and there is no hierarchy followed as such which is a great thing. 4. People are very friendly. 5. You get recognised for the work you do and get to know the results of your work then and there.
Cons
1. Can try to adopt industry best standards as soon as possible w.r.t engineering
