      - fast paced startup - smart and competent CTO and CEO - working with the newest technology - possibility to learn many roles (it is startup; there is not enough people to have strict specialisations; everybody have to play different roles depending on situation and demand)

      - Authoritarian leadership style - Micromanagement - Short-term planning - Compulsive attachment to agile methods
