      Training sucks, drama, highly micromanaged, don't care about employee’s, very fast turnover rate

      Pros

      Pay is ok and if your site meets their marks you get bonuses. Free medical if you use optima medical providers. Call out when you want

      Cons

      Can't trust management or anyone at that, you are just a number, training sucks, management sucks, scheduling appointments on the providers schedule is a joke!!

      Pros

      The company is growing with multiple locations for you to choose from. Multiple job positions! Breaks and lunches are nice. Inclusive atmosphere, team orientated, bonuses, managers/ HR are friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend the job to others!

      Health insurance is expensive if you have health conditions or need to cover dependents
