      Pros

      It is a mid size product based company with a lot of learning specifically for freshers/initial job joiners. I have got a good base for my career being in Optra. My lead was very helpful to grow and understand the corporate world. Multi skills to learn in different projects. My team mates were very friendly as well as professional depending on situation.

      Cons

      Sometimes delivery is very high to meet, but good for an employee to make yourself strong under pressure.
