Company had a lot of potential to grow but the upper management ruined it

- Salary on time - Friendly collegues -Free lunch -Good increment if capable
Cons
- Hire developers and tester based on how low salary they want not based on their skill -Managing director is not from software development side and does not listen to the developers so it is hard to work -Office environment is not like a software development firm - Owner gets happy if someone praises his product even the praises are false and can not read between the lines - Very old technology stack -Often developers and testers are unappritiated - There is no fixed retirement skim -If you are a developer you will be stuck there if you spend 2-3 years because your skills will not improve -New managing director does not know what he is doing (Roster in time of corona ? what are you ? A grocery farm ?)
