      There is not a single positive thing I can mention about this pathetic company.

      Cons

      Here comes the list :- 1) Worst management 2) All Politics No Work 3) They cannot sustain an employee for 6 months and portray as if they are the most employee friendly company 4) Disgusting HR who has 0 knowledge of employee retention and policies 5) Bootlicking (Chaploos) people being promoted to Head level within 1 year as they only say “yes” to everything and work as donkeys and keep snapshots of employee teams status to later use against them while firing unethically

A strong work-life balance is maintained, with the right tools and resources provided to help us perform at our best. Oreta has given me a platform to grow both professionally and personally in the cybersecurity field. While I have worked with large MNCs in the past, my most significant personal growth has taken place at Oreta.
