Pros
Outpost is building something that has never been built before, so we can't hire people who have that experience. The results? A team of passionate, dedicated collaborators who are all adding their part of the equation to make Earth return a scalable reality. The ownership is real. The openness to experiment is real. You can sense the mission every day. There is genuine excitement in the building and across departments.
Cons
Regular start up growth pains, nothing here that wouldn't exist at any company proving a new technology.

A team of passionate, hard working people. Competitive salary. Full suite of benefits. A new facility and office space that feels very people focused. A new technology in space - not just another rocket or satellite company.
Cons
Still a young company building out infrastructure, but you get to help build it.
