      Pros

      Micro Management & Poor Employee relations. High number of Terminations without any reasons. But. they are very good in hiring bulk number of people. Please do check with the former employees and others before going for an interview or going to join in this company.

      Cons

      Poor salary managements. No incentives.. Employee will get high motivation and it will make them to work more than their capacity.

      Pros

      I really regret that i left ACE. - Great environment. Awesome culture. We were the best team at ACE. My team will always keep me motivated and appriciated. -Awesome teamwork and always so much cheer and encouragement. -I am where i am because of the training i received. All the oppurtunities and experience. I miss this company like crazy. I'm coming back once I become a TL.

      I should not have left HR could have helped me make a sensible decesion of my own.
