- Terrible Management - Directors do not know half of what is happening in the dev departments. It is comical really... considering it is a software company. - Decision makers do not know what they are doing leading to projects taking much longer to develop. - You will be promised growth opportunities only to find out that there are NO KPI systems in place, or they are never used anyway. - There are way too many political issues to deal with. - Over-hiring without any systems in place to train new developers, you will see "Junior" developers mentoring and training new "Senior" developers, the biggest joke ever. You can thank the lack of documentation and lack of feature sharing in the company for that. - HUGE miscommunications happen daily between BA, UI Designers, and the Devs, leading to massive project delays that mostly the dev would be blamed for in the end. - Some tech leads have an insane ego thinking they can say and do whatever they want, to whoever they want.
