Pros
The culture seems to be overall positive. Relaxed dress, fun events, and being on campus in Norman is a plus to me.
Cons
Avoid project work. This is border-line impossible unless you are a full-time engineer. Every analyst and developer usually gets pulled into project work in which the expectations and job requirements expand exponentially. There is a huge lack of communication in management and overall it seems very disorganized at times. This creates an environment where things will be asked of you constantly that should not fall under your duties. If you are a workaholic then this is the place for you!

Family atmosphere, great communications, descent pay, and very wide arena of learning opportunities.
Cons
Located in snowy Buffalo, and I can't do more winters!
