      Pros

      In DC and Close to the Metro

      Cons

      Pure Agency, 10HRS/5 days a week, Numbers-Numbers-Numbers, job is always in jeopardy, benefits are expensive, owners dog defecates & urinates then carpets are NOT cleaned, management is consistently stressed out, orders are weak, recruiters don't even have a LinkedIn accounts, very small shop, and zero potential for career growth. BTW...all the other good posts are fake. We were told to make those posts.

      Pros

      They are good with trying to attract business and have a lax dress code.

      Cons

      Forget about having a personal life as you are expected to work 50- 60 hour weeks. They are not honest about the expectations and work their people to the bare bones. The environment can be challenging and not a super professional environment. If you want a clear picture just ask any former employee what they think.

      You work independently with clients on many interesting contracts Great Christmas party Depending on the client there is great work/life balance

      Low Pay Constant Paycheck errors No technical, software support
