      Großartige Kollegen, ein sehr freundliches Arbeitsumfeld und ein tolles Büro! Als Entwickler kann man hier viel lernen, wenn man Eigeninitiative zeigt.

      Die Gehälter liegen unter dem Marktniveau. Teilweise ist der Fokus zu stark auf Features und Kennzahlen ausgerichtet.

      I liked the company values. The colleagues were really supportive.

      Cons

      The workload is unbearable and there's no real career progression in this company. Working from home is seen negatively, unless you work in the tech department.

      Cons

      Office is a little far from city, especially for the ones who takes tram it might be little far. I am a fan of working in office, but if you prefer only working from home, that might be not possible.
