Great work enviroment. Principal cares for his employees. Encourages then to pursue higher goals. Appreciates every contribution made. Staff gets along with each other. Very helpful.

Low salary. Everything else is great!

Encourage personal and professional growth, small office, opportunities to engage in all aspects of design process. Friendly and fun working environment.
Cons
Low salary, small but growing company. Not many opportunities to push design-- most work is rote execution of permit documents.
