Pros

You have to learn really fast. It's a typical consulting company where you learn to swim at the deep end of the pool. There are some very lovely and supportive employees Very flexible working environment

Cons

No room/time for training. Workload can get crazy Some senior employee are given special preference which gives them the power to treat others badly. Promotion doesn't appear free and fair, I think its based on some certain people's opinion/judgement. Expertise are most times not leveraged on. Project allocation can be a bit biased in the name of giving everyone equal opportunity. No bonus

Pros

Flexible working Good HR Company grow steadily

Cons

There is no personal development (officially yes, actually no.). Not 7hr/day, more like 10hr/day, which is normal to maintain the 'work efficiency.' Small company, lots of politics (as mentioned in other comments). This adds unnecessary emotional stress on top of the already stressful job. Most managers have the micromanagement style.

Hello, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you feel that our internal communication strategy needs improving. I’d really welcome the opportunity to connect and explore this further, confidentially of course. At the beginning of every FY the Partners share our Business Plan (current up to 5 years) to all employees (also recorded for those who can’t attend) and throughout the year we hold monthly company updates to show target vs actual figures along with any news/ initiatives/workstreams etc We increased these updates to bi weekly at the beginning of lockdown to ensure everyone still felt updated/included, albeit remotely.
