Pros

People who stay there are upbeat. The door to door sales isn’t terrible in nice weather, most people are nice. You will meet a lot of people, out of the 6 people hired in the last batch, I watched 4 quit week 1.

Cons

• Intentionally lied to/deceived in the hiring and training process until you find out it is a MLM. • The great pay offered is 100% commission and averages out to low hourly (compared to what they tell you) when you are expected to work from 8am until 7pm, and 9-whatever it takes to hit your quota on Saturdays. • Expected to buy suits and dress business professional to stand in the office and get “pumped up” from 8am until 11am or noon every day. Then changing into jeans or khakis and a polo to go into the field. • During this pump-up session each morning, being on your phone for a second, not talking to someone, talking to someone about something fun unrelated to making sales, not running your sales pitch, etc will result in you being called out in front of the entire office for “bringing down the vibe”. • Doubling down on the previous point. For a job that pays 100% commission, waiting in the office and being expected to talk like a motivational poster for 3-4 hours each day unpaid is insulting. Because of this, you are expected to work 60+ hours the majority of weeks and 18-24 of those hours have 0 earning potential. • Any questioning about why things are done or if you have to stay out 12 hours a day for example are met with passive aggressive behavior and questioning why you don’t want to make more money (because the office leads make double your commission per sale) • Lastly, carpooling is mandatory to keep new hires in the field longer to make the people in the tier above more money. You are taken out to the field and then dropped off in a residential area, left on your own without a car, bathroom, food, or any means of safety, and you can only come back to the office where your car is when the carpool driver decides everyone is done. Even if you hit your sales at 3pm you can be forced to stay out until 7 if they want.
