Pros
Engineering - Procurement - Construction Company created by a group of young industrial engineers in 2011, highlights of their achievements so far are some projects carried out for The USA embassy in Yaoundé. Great potential, a lot of good will from the CEO, who is very honest, hardworking and caring person. Only for that, I think he deserves the very Best.
Cons
It is a Projectized Organization. Meaning that if there are no contracts, everybody is jobless. Company lacks financial capital to apply for bigger contracts, and sometimes lacks activities to run the business. But apart from that, it is a very nice place to be. No gossip, decisions are taken rationally and not based on whether I like this person or not. Equality between men and women is real even on salary considerations.
