Pros
- The managers are very nice and most of the teachers are very friendly. - They find the students for you. - Sundays are free and the working hours are not crazy (It is mostly during the afternoon)
Cons
- A lot of teachers have the "just keep the student" mentality. Which means that it doesn't matter if the student doesn't learn well or does not receive a quality lesson. The main goal is to keep the student, which is not ethical at all. - The pay is very low in comparison to other places. They pay between 20 and 25$ per hour (not even per student, because each student has a 30 min lesson) while some places pay 40$, 50$ or even 70$. - They don't communicate with you to see if you agree/accept to teach the student. Basically, if the student hates piano lessons, has a mental problem, or is too young, is the teacher's problem.

working here is great, great pay, great hours, and everyone is friendly and helps you when you need anything, boss is also great, understanding, if you got an issue he'll do everything he can to help you out.
