Pros
Working with new technology. It's a small company and your work gets noticed. Management is friendly and helpful. Work life balance is very good, there is option of relaxed hours, and also you can there is option to work from the office or from home.
Cons
Sometimes too many projects start together and developers have to work on multiple projects at the same time which could be hard to switch sometimes.
