      Management is clueless on what they want to achieve. Lack of basic knowledge of concepts.

      Pros

      - Hard to get fired for doing the bare minimum - Often not a lot of work to do so it's nice if you want to be lazy

      Cons

      - No reward for working hard (i.e. promotions are kind of random and not on a regular cycle, and working really hard doesn't improve your chances of getting one very much) - You can't wear jeans to work (yes I'm serious)

      Stable company, ITD is great division to work for that dabbles with new tech.

      Rest of the company is conservative. RSUs only for director and above.
