      - Friendly Staff - Personal Issues Dealt With - Good Environment

      Cons

      - Being an external Service Desk for Howdens, Pacific do not get to make many decisions - Constant priority 1 incidents which Howdens will not fix, they just provide workarounds. - With the number of repetitive calls from staff, the job can be stressful with the number of calls taken, and very repetitive.
