      The training process was thorough and materials were very clear. supervisors are supportive, friendly, and always approachable for helpful guidance and answers. Great work-life balance with work-from-home positions. Excellent benefits. Overall great place to work.

      Overtime may be required depending on the workload, but generally manageable.

      Great and collaborative environment. TLs and AMs are lenient and understand the learning curve. Little mistakes are overlooked as long as they don't happen twice.

      Should offer more benefits like medical, life insurance, as these are standard practices.
