Pros
- Calm work environment - Fair enough pay for if you negotiate well - Annual bonus based on perfomance. - HMO benefits - Challenging to adapt at first, but becomes easier over time. - Strong collaboration.
Cons
- On site work - Not so much benefits. Could be improved if the management wants to. - Staff satisfaction is not really there cos people are not made to feel like they belong here.
