      Pros

      Palmpay is a good place to work in my opinion. The salary is ok, based on your negotiation.HMO package is great. It is very fast paced and if you are able to work here, you’d be able to manage the work culture in most places . You get paid for over time hours like working during the weekend or holiday which is a big addition. Chinese are very smart people,,so you get to work with them and if they find you cool,you are lucky. Work life balance is great

      No 13th month, No leave allowance But if you negotiate your salary well,it will cover for these things

      Pros

      Learning environment, a place to build experience and then move to a better place

      Cons

      Nepotism, favouritism, no work/life balance, different remuneration with colleagues, although the job roles and level are the same (a colleague at the same role can earn double what you earn, and when you find out and let them know, you will be told you did not negotiate well - A colleage earning more that you many not be so bad, however, to earn double yours is too high)
