Pros
My co-workers are simply awesome. When we have problems, we all come together and work things out. The management team is fair in their dealings and provide training and other resources we need to be successful. In addition, management is quick to protect the staff from bad clients, and they only keep the clients that are a pleasure to work with. For a small company they have an amazing benefits package which I was not used to in the IT Consulting space.
Cons
I really don't have any cons I can think of. The business is growing fast, so there are staffing issues from time to time but we all pull together and make things work.
