Pros
Good hours and fair pay. Whilst there are levels of management there is no 'hierarchy' which allows everyone across the company to share their thoughts on topics outside of their job role.
Cons
Only a con if this doesn't suit your personality - You need to be able to chase your own career development. As this is a small growing company you will not climb the ladder quickly like you might in some other companies.
