      Pros

      None. The association with Michael Stonebraker lends some credibility but he has little to do with the day to day.

      Cons

      Runs more like a high school science project than a company. Lots of churn. The CEO is cheap, petty and lacks the interpersonal skills needed to build relationships inside and outside the company. The product is buggy and isn't really open source even though they claim it is. Smoke and mirrors.

      Lots of very smart, friendly and helpful employees

      Cons

      Company has been trickle-funded for years, his limited their potential. Despite promises that another round of financing would be easy to find, that round cost them half of their Engineering team and almost all of equity that the employees had.
