Pros
Great deal flow with a lot of primary deals to push to accounts and help open up new ones. Great place for early career to cut your chops at sales. Motivating environment for entrepreneurial minds who like to pick up the phone and push trades.
Cons
A lot of accounts are covered, hence you have to make your own luck from the start. The employee cost is a little high for an independent broker, meaning bonus starts at about 4x salary. Transactions can be difficult sales to new clients who are not familiar with the Nordic Bond Format. Internal politics can be a little tricky to navigate if you're not used to that kind of environment.
