Pros

Hard to find something positive. They accepted immigrants

Cons

While Particle offers some interesting projects and flexibility, the work environment is toxic, with a lack of leadership support and high employee turnover. The company’s culture doesn’t foster collaboration or respect. Unfortunately, these issues made it difficult to thrive or feel motivated. Wouldn’t recommend unless there’s a significant culture shift.

Run, don’t walk: the most toxic job I’ve ever had.

Pros

Not one pro that I experienced.

Cons

- Extreme micromanagement — they track the time it takes to finish tasks down to the second to “measure efficiency.” It feels more like a sweatshop than an office. There are also secret tests and comparisons behind the scenes, pitting coworkers against each other to see who is “more trustworthy.” - Constant lack of trust; it genuinely felt like surveillance rather than supervision. - Dirty office with a lingering smell; not enough bathrooms, windows, or ventilation for the number of people working there. - Not a woman-friendly environment in my experience — women’s input is often doubted while men are automatically believed. - Someone seemed to get fired nearly every month, usually by the same two team managers, creating a culture of fear and silence. - Management speaks to employees in a degrading, dismissive tone — respect is not part of the vocabulary. - Products and practices that felt questionable, if not outright unethical. - Taking a sick day comes with interrogation, as if the default assumption is that you’re lying. - Cold atmosphere — people don’t say hello, and basic kindness is rare. - CEOs act like they’re above everyone, often speaking aggressively and using a condescending tone with employees. - Management, in my experience, has a sense of grandiosity and openly talks badly about employees on the rooftop where others can hear every word. - No work-from-home allowed, except for “favorite” employees who get special treatment: late arrivals, early exits, and remote days. - Overall, a toxic, passive-aggressive workplace where people are constantly stressed, on edge, and waiting for the next problem to hit.

Mini Hell Hole in Tel Aviv

Pros

There are zero pros here.

Cons

Possibly the worst working environment on every level: 1. Negligent management, incompetence, lack of professionalism, double standards, aggression. 2. Less than clean, dingy offices with only two unhygienic bathrooms. 3. Unhealthy obsession with workers being at their desks nine hours a day, no exceptions. (Desk zombie environment till people burn out and leave.) 4. No option to work from home and no flexibility on working hours. 5. Extreme, awkward Micromanagement. 6. Mediocre salary, poor conditions. No perks or benefits. Two packets of cookies to share per day between staff. 7. A unique mix of Tel Aviv faux hi tech false bravado, arrogance and people of low ability but big egos. 8. CEOs working from home at least twice a week and breezing in at 11 AM on most other days, then leaving early. 9. Some abusive mid level managers, mainly passive aggresive but some active aggressive, giving a negative annd oppressive atmosphere to daily office life. 10. Toxic and unrewarding workplace. Basically, the worst of humanity in one dark little Tel Aviv sweat house. If you want to be happy in life. Stay away. (when they tell you your interview, it’s five days a week nine hours a day in office, they mean it literally - don’t say I didn’t tell you)
