      All are helpful, friendly, co-operative. Best environment for learning. Good salary structure.

      - Salary and other benefits - People (majority) - Standard environment - Learning

      Cons

      - Driven by profit only - CEO wants something; he gets it. Doesn't matter if it adds value - CTO is the most useless designation here, as he cannot argue with CEO - Nepotism on the higher level - HR led by a pathetic leader

      Pros

      Great place for a junior to mid level engineer to possibly gain 3 years worth tech experience in 1 year due to the sheer startup and market disrupting culture they are well known for.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, they had a culture of open nepotism, with the close friends and family of the founders occupying the most senior positions - often merely due to their social association with the founders rather than merit or qualification. The company was basically run by a bunch of spoilt kids back then and their lack of experience and recklessness with funding money led to the mass layoff of 300+ employees in 2019.
