Hidden agendas of leadership: Example: Upper management told an employee to do things without informing other staff several times- intentionally causing mistrust for the one who was told to do the work. Administration portrays to be happy with you - while speaking differently behind closed doors and giving you good reviews. Job expectations and privileges of several people changed a lot.
