The Worst!

Pros

The only thing I liked is the pot lucks and I made a few friends.

Cons

I hated everything about it! They were not willing to advance those who deserved it and favored the people who sucked up to management. Too much gossip and backstabbing. Employees held the wrong positions. Raises were terrible whether you were a star employee or not. Management was clueless on how to run a company. No room for growth. Everything was pto (whether sick/vacation/or just needing a day). The same people (especially management) are no longer there now so it may currently be a different atmosphere.

We are sorry that you had this experience with our organization. A new CEO took office in 2020 driving a people first culture. This includes acknowledging and rewarding the accomplishments of all of our employees. As you can see by the current reviews, this new management has brought great changes.

Pros

Generally, the people who worked there, especially non-management, were great people with fun attitudes and were fun to work with. The engineering team was a family within a family with a great culture that valued high software quality and thinking outside of the box rather than just rushing code out the door. Engineering meet ups are awesome. Work-life balance was incredible and we had the option to work onsite or remotely (as an Engineer).

Cons

The company's management really didn't do a good job establishing clear short, medium and long term plans for the business. The different parts of the company had completely different objectives and goals and different incentives for success. The company seemed like it just 'existed' rather than having a clearly defined mission that all departments worked tirelessly to achieve. There was no investment in innovation. Because it's a small company there's really no way to advance within the company.

Pros

The people you work with, although most of the god ones have been let go by this point

Cons

Leadership does not understand technology. Has gone through a few rounds of layoffs in the past 8 months, and the company is a shell of its former self. RUN FAST!
