Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you have felt your experience has not been a positive one. When people resign from our employment we will send an exit survey and where possible conduct a fact to face exit interview. That will give us more information about how we can improve. Our recent Great Place to Work Certification produced a very positive result from the anonymous employee survey. We take that feedback and work to improve year on year, and having specific feed back helps us do that.
