Pros

Fantastic Training. Great Hours - no late nights or weekends!! Great atmosphere and people. Management approachable and always on hand to help. Amazing earning potential. Fun incentives. Were kept busy so the days just fly by.

Cons

I can honestly say there is none!!!

Workplace culture can be a bit pretentious and isn't very diverse.

Pros

- Everyone is so welcoming and helpful! They are always ready to help with your questions. You feel like part of the team from day one! - The work life balance is amazing, as overtime is available, and you don't feel pressured into saying yes if you are busy, its purely your choice. -The training you receive is amazing and very helpful. You aren't thrown in the deep end, you go at your pace. - The progression is really good, and I am looking forward to see where I will go through-out my time at PayStream. - I would 10000% recommend to anyone!!

I don't have any cons for this job, its fab!!

Pros

Great team to work with, supportive management, training when i first started was brilliant. Small things like free parking and a great space for taking lunch (TVs etc) make a difference. Little treats throughout the year make you feel valued. But overall it's just a happy place to work with good pay too!

Pros

The pay is decent and pays more than other customer care roles

Cons

Absolute abysmal management, a typical day is you leaving 100 voicemails, unfair treatment, step out of line once and they terminate your employment, what your expected to know regarding the role is unrealistic, minimal training and support

Pros

- Nice staff. - some supportive members of staff. - free parking. - parking permit. -local shops near building

Cons

- all talk. No training until 4 months into a 6 month probation. Failed my probation and extended it and failed it anyway... -remote team lead so never had in person training. Hardly any communication. -poor communication from managers. - poor recruitment process. - poor/no mental health support!! - Having no documentation on their internal apps. Left to figure it out yourself. - no training provided by management. - The managers held all of the knowledge and didn't pass it around the team. Think they like having that power over other staff members. However this didn't allow me to better support the team lead (which was my job too) You're led to believe you're doing well and it's the complete opposite.

This year we are focusing on helping our managers grow to be the be best they can be, are working on a comprehensive wellbeing approach, have enhanced our recruitment process for developers, and we are also developing more comprehensive training documents for our junior developers. We review all feedback, including that from our internal mental health awareness week, as it helps make PayStream a better company for everyone. Pros

Since working here I have instantly felt welcomed into a close knit family. There is plenty of on the job training and continuous development. Everyone is warm and welcoming and if you ever need assistance you can turn anywhere for help with any issues that you may face. Dont think I have actually worked at a place where they say you can progress and this is actually the case. Plenty of competitions getting ran to push you for prizes and plenty of out of work trips/ activities planned to keep you busy. Honest option: A great place to work would recommend to anyone who wants to learn new skills and progress within this sector of work.

Cons

Dont think I have found one as of yet apart from the coffee machine is downstairs.
