      It’s exactly what you expect

      Pros

      It’s a job that allows you break into HCM. They’re a very well known company in HCM and every employee you speak to afterwards will know someone who worked at Paychex.

      Cons

      You’ll be underpaid compared to your sales peers. The product is usually complex and leadership won’t be very hands on. You’re on your own

      Relatively easy going, very nice coworkers.

      Cons

      The direction of the company seems to always change. The focus is always shifting and its hard to take any directive seriously when you expect it to be forgotten about within a couple month's time.
