Thank you for your feedback. At CPS, we understand how commutes can contribute to Burnout and how long commutes, traffic, and anticipation of delays can be a source of stress that impacts wellness. We understand that a one-size-fits-all all approach is not ideal for all situations. This is why we support and encourage our employees to use our open-door policy to speak with management, HR, or company leadership directly about accommodations appropriate to the individual’s situation/ circumstances to identify the necessary accommodations and arrangements. We are proud of the flexibility we have built into our benefits offerings, our work environments through hybrid and remotely-working options for eligible roles, and flexible shift schedule arrangements. We offer a wealth of emotional well-being resources through the benefits package to provide support for employees wanting to develop resilience, reduce stress, manage burnout, manage anxiety, or practice mindfulness. The benefits plan includes access to employee assistance programs for employees and household members to find support for life’s big and small challenges. We are also proud to offer a competitive compensation package that includes commissions and bonuses based on production, bonuses based on tenure, potential merit-based pay increases, and also anniversary raises based on performance. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the commute and that this role didn’t work out for you. We appreciate your honest feedback and wish you the best in your future roles.

Pros

Management made me feel at home from the moment I walked thru the door. Really enjoyed working for this company. Definitely room for advancement and growth. I witnessed a lot of promoting/hiring from within the company. I would recommend CPS anytime.

Cons

Pay periods are a little different from my regular bi-weekly schedule.

Pros

Decent pay once you have been there a while, typically understanding management when it comes to out of work situations. Decent benefits.

Cons

Phone calls are overwhelming, extremely understaffed and over worked. Low starting pay and very few advancement opportunities. Upper management doesn't do anything to help every day processes. Complete lack of training.

Pros

If you desperately need a job and can deal with a lot of micromanaging, lack of training and unrealistic expectations then I say go for it.

Cons

Lack of communication, processes need streamlining, training less than adequate, micromanaged to death, unrealistic expectations, favoritism, felt isolated, pay way too low for the work.

We are sorry that you were less than satisfied with your time here at CPS. We hold very high standards for ourselves and our employees, so we want to make sure that we give our employees all the right tools for success. We also know this is a business which is difficult because our customers want perfection when processing their payroll. We are sorry you feel as though you were not given enough training. That is never our intention. We have many employees who are well versed in all aspects of our business, have been with the company for many years and have continued to grow. We are very sorry this did not work out for you and wish you the best in your future roles.

Pros

- after training, you can be a remote worker - can take up to an hour lunch - holiday pay (as long as you work the day before and after the holiday) - understanding management team

Cons

- pay (is not worth it for how much work is done most days) - dealing with upset customers over the phone - having to train in office - working hours can be long
