      People are ok there to work with.

      Cons

      Morale is SEVERLY LOW Owner is ALWAYS looking over your shoulder and severely micro manages Benefits are TERRIBLE - barely any, which is 1000$ per year and thats it! No team building No training - do it yourself He will try to make it sound like the company is

      Salary on time Nothing else

      Cons

      No job security. Terminating contracts without any prior notice or any type of an update or a review. Team lead is very hostile towards other employees. Always angry and blaming someone. Owner is just a businessman without any empathy towards employees. Always trying to micro manage everything. Product has lot of issues. Still using outdated tools and technologies. Toxic work environment
