      Pros

      Remote working and flexibility is available, are the only pros.

      Cons

      The worst place I have every worked!!. You are micromanaged from start to finish, unappreciated by management and treated worse than a dog. The process they use to complete payrolls is laborious and disheartening, you feel totally isolated and expected to perform miracles. You will be on the clock from the moment you start until you finish, so make sure you have had your toilet break before work or after, big brother is always watching you.

      Pros

      Hands down the best workflow process in payroll, owner constantly looking for ways to refine and streamline to avoid mistakes and generally make running payroll easier for everyone. Company pay is above average for industry, great earning potential if you can stick with it.

      Cons

      Because of the refined workflow management demand a huge amount of output from staff - don't expect to get any downtime here. Overtime will be pushed on you and is expected every month near month end- not entirely unusual in the industry but definitely at the worser end of the spectrum.

      Supportive team always willing to help each other out and have a giggle Flexible working arrangements Overtime always paid and not just expected Offers opportunity to those that love processing payroll but don’t enjoy the client interruptions that come with it Multiple departments like a support team, onboarding team, processing, quality control etc so lots of opportunities Technology driven - keeps up with the fast changing payroll world System led approaches to reduce errors Wide team of experienced payroll professionals to learn from Growing business so it’s always busy and lots of variety

      Cons

      The only con would be if you don’t like working to a system this isn’t the place for you. The systems are there to support the team and prevent error - nobody wants their pay to be wrong or enjoys making mistakes at the end of the day. So you need to buy into that mindset to work here!
