Don’t value employers

Pros

Really nice colleagues, and a very young and chilled place to work. Also I could learn a lot and got me future oportunities

Cons

- they don’t value the employers - no progression unless you are friend of bosses or if you are not in the stores - low payment - lately they implemented a military-style regiment where 2 or 3 persons are constantly watching video cameras to watch employers

Pros

- Salaries are always paid on time. - The company allows some freedom in day-to-day management and work-life balance. If we need to be gone for a few hours to sort out personal things, it's not a big deal. - Good people who are in the same boat as you and who help you if you need something.

Cons

My experience as a Product Manager was horrible. I had been at the company for just over 1 year, where after almost 15 years of experience in retail market, I felt what a bad company with bad attitudes is, where the boss lives in a completely apart from the real world. I and other product managers were completely ridiculed by the company's boss, who presented us with numbers and targets that were completely ridiculous and outside the context of the market, just so that we wouldn't have the opportunity to meet the numbers and thus not receive a sales bonus. We are talking about a company run by a person with very bad attitudes and this is evident from the huge number of people who have left and who have improved their quality of personal and professional life since leaving. Before PCDIGA, I worked at other companies. They all have their pros and cons, but I have never left a company with such a bad impression as I left PCDIGA. The company would have potential if it were managed in a completely different way. You and your colleagues are never right. You and your colleagues have nothing to say. The only opinion that counts is the boss opinion and nothing else. That's why company declines at 2 digits per year. Oh, and salaries? Let's not even talk about it. Nowadays you easily earn 2x/3x more for same position in other companies.

Pros

- Good colleagues - Relaxed environment

Cons

- Terrible administration! A very amateur administration that does not have business culture and knowledge to manage companies of this size. - The company manager doesn't know how to deal and talk to people. He constantly talks bad about his workers behind their backs, to external company partners (imagine!). - Bad IT department. Very poorly developed tools. Chaotic processes. There is no centralization of data and analytics. Stressful work, even for simplest tasks, due to the lack of good tools. - A company that works with Excel for almost everything, where workers' salaries are published in an Excel in the cloud (imagine!). - There is no career progression or salary recognition. I only stayed at the company for a few months, but I heard of people who had worked at the company for years without a single salary raise or bonuses. - There is no HR department. You only have one person who processes salary. - There is no onboarding process when a new staff joins. - There are no internal social events between staff to relax and create good relationships.
