Pros

- Great place to work if your preference is working for small companies. In fact, executive management is actively working to make the company as small (“lean”) as possible. - Great place to work if you enjoy big challenges, especially with “constrained” resources. - Great place to work if you prefer to not be burdened by an abundance of top-down flow of information. - No others to mention.

Cons

- Primarily, you can absolutely believe every other “Con” in these reviews. It’s truly become abysmal. - An obvious lack of understanding of loyalty and workforce dynamics on the part of the CEO/CFO/COO (yes, all power has somehow been consolidated by one individual.) - Under current management, there is perpetual and deafening silence from the top down. This was a very obvious change in management methodology when current management ascended into their positions in late 2016. Remember – this is a small company, not a large multi-national. - If you’re in the unfortunate position of interviewing for a job, ask the tough questions. Ask about the company's challenges throughout 2017, and the resulting contraction in early 2018. Ask about the additional attrition resulting from that contraction. Ask if the position was created by growth, or is for backfilling a voluntary departure. And most importantly, ask about the company’s long term plan for survival.

Pros

Free tea and coffee I guess There are some nice people around and sometimes they had some fun activities.

Cons

Developers are overworked and underpaid - you're expected to work overtime every day, and the "lunch break" is non-existing as you're also expected to work/have a meeting during it. And all these hard work was for a salary that hardly pays the bills. Management treats developers like they're disposable. Sometimes there'd even be some verbally very rude things directed to the developers from the upper management. Choosing to quit means you're going to get bullied during notice period. Even more workload and higher expectations, for some reason. Unless you're desperate for a job... well to be frank, just don't apply.

Pros

The company was built by a group of very talented people with a vision to take on the corporate giants we compete with, and we were very successful at that. The core product offering, while a little dated, is strong and sophisticated and still has potential to lead the market.

Cons

Since the company was bought out of private ownership 4 years ago it has suffered from an almost comical series of management appointments and poor decisions. The people are treated like dirt, short term decisions made from spreadsheets and all the good people have left. RIP.
