Terrible Employer, work here if you are aware it's a short period
Pros
Relaxed environment. Easy work. Good coffee. Music playing in the office.
Cons
Very long working hours. no work/life balance. Managers are very racist and build good relationships only with employees who match their colour. Team members are not selected based on capability, which means that most of the employees are low on skills. Teams are separated with barely no team communication. Everyone is focused on pleasing their manager so they don't lose their job. Due to the company's uncapable management, hiring and firing is very easy process that happens every month. Team members are used to hear announcement titled "Restructure" every 6 months, which means that a couple of employees are going to be kicked out. It was a very toxic experience. I don't recommend working here, unless you really need a short term employment and not intending to add them on your profile.
