Pros
I worked at Percepto for almost 5 years. Every day was interesting and challenging (in a good way). Got many chances to grow professionally and think out of the box. The work environment was inclusive, attentive, and collaborative, and the team was fun to work and think with. Also enjoyed working with so many fascinating clients, all facing a similar challenge (figuring out how best to present their brand online in a meaningful and engaging way), but very different from each other.
Cons
Sometimes my to-do list could get a little long and intense, but I always got the support and assistance I needed, making it easier to prioritize and get the job done in the best possible way.
